The Realty Networks:

· The Realty Networks will meticulously verify all leads before forwarding them to real estate agents, including comprehensive prospect details and a recorded conversation with the lead.

· The Realty Networks commits to delivering leads within the agent’s service area promptly after verification.

· The Realty Networks will employ their production techniques with utmost care and dedication to generate leads. However, specific lead quantities cannot be guaranteed due to market fluctuations.

· A one-time setup fee is required for The Realty Network’s services, encompassing all relevant taxes, and is eligible for a refund only upon successful closings by agents.

· Should an agent already have contact with a lead referred by The Realty Networks, no commission will be charged for that lead (though it may be referred to another agent).

· The Realty Networks will levy a 20% referral fee immediately after the agent receives their commission.

· A 20% referral fee will be applied by The Realty Networks to the gross commission on either the seller or buyer side, depending on the referral.

· If a lead is engaged in both selling and buying properties simultaneously, The Realty Networks will impose a 20% commission on both transactions.

· The Realty Networks will necessitate the signing of an agreement before providing referrals, with the coverage period commencing upon receipt of the signed referral agreement.

· The Realty Networks will distribute leads to agents across various price points, considering the costs involved in generating these leads and the desire to avoid wastage.

· The Realty Networks will not entertain refunds after 1 month of sign-up if the agent has not responded, signed, or provided a reason to The Realty Networks within that timeframe.

Realtor’s:

· Realtors are required to pay a one-time setup fee to join The Realty Networks, which will be allocated towards lead generation in their designated service area.

· Realtors are obligated to work on all leads referred to them by The Realty Networks.

· Realtor information will be safeguarded as confidential and secure by The Realty Networks.

· Realtors retain the option to terminate their engagement with The Realty Networks at any time, but they must honor their commitment to work on leads referred by The Realty Networks.

· In the event of a Realtor changing brokerages, prior notification to The Realty Networks is imperative.

· Realtors are responsible for remitting a 20% commission to The Realty Networks, calculated based on the gross commission, not the net.

· Realtors are prohibited from engaging in any illicit transactions with leads.

· Realtors acknowledge that The Realty Networks has the authority to terminate services with or without notice upon discovery of fraudulent activities.

· Realtors are aware that The Realty Networks can modify existing policies and terms and conditions. In such instances, Realtors are expected to adhere to updated terms without explicit approval for each change. It is crucial for Realtors to stay informed about potential policy updates and comply with them as they arise.

Note: Realtors working in North Carolina, Utah, and Colorado will be charged with 15% referral fee at closings.
