Hey, everybody. My name is Bobby Mollish. I am a realtor here in the Seattle, Washington location. This is my son, Aiden. And, yeah, just wanted to leave a video just describing how Realty Networks has helped me so far.

Little context, I have a full time job. Real estate does come part time to me, meaning I don't put that much energy into it as I can. I have two boys, one girl on the way. So I found myself in a gap trying to find leads. My personal network, no ... one's buying as everyone's around the 25 to 30 age.

So I was having trouble, you know, getting leads, buyers, sellers. Reached out to Realty Networks about two and a half, three months ago, and it's been great so far. I have gotten nothing but kindness, respect, as well as, cooperation through all the agents I spoke with to name some people, Gary, John, and Adam. Awesome. Awesome, people, and they've helped me so far.

Lead wise, I've gotten about four leads. I have one listing appointment. The other leads, I'm trying to keep up. They weren't ready to sell just yet, but, you know, leads are leads, so I think that's a great start. As mentioned, I have a listing appointment this week, so super pumped about that.

As well as this is just a great partnership. Right? As mentioned, my life is crazy busy, and I need leads. I need help with leads, so Realty Networks has done just that. I'm super excited to keep working with them.

I just wanted to put a video out there just to let everybody know they are more than cooperative. They're kind. They're respectful. They're nice, and they're here to help. Obviously, the real estate market is a little tricky right now, 2024 being a very hard year for all realtors statistically.

I do think, the Realty Networks can help with that gap, can help you if you're thinking about trying to get leads, and they have helped me. And I'm super excited for what has to come in 2025 and on. So thank you.
