Terms Conditions

All leads are ISA verified, including detailed prospect information and recorded conversations.

Leads will only be delivered after verification and will match the Realtor’s specified service area.

Lead volume and delivery duration are based on the selected package:

Trial: 6 leads / 2–3 months

Basic: 12 leads / 6–8 months

Standard: 22 leads / 6–8 months

Premium: 40 leads / 6–8 months

Platinum: 60 leads / 12 months

Actual delivery times may vary depending on market conditions and campaign flow.

Realtors must pay a one-time, all-inclusive package fee which covers setup, taxes, and lead generation.

A marketing fee will be charged upon deal closure and calculated based on net commission:

• Trial: 20%
• Basic: 15%
• Standard: 10%
• Premium: 5%
• Platinum: 2.5%

Net commission is defined as the final amount received by the agent after all brokerage splits, team splits, and transaction-related deductions.

Marketing fees apply to net commission from either the seller or buyer side of a transaction. If both apply, the fee is charged on both sides.

If an agent was already in contact with a lead prior to receiving it from The Realty Networks, no marketing fee will be charged, and the lead may be reassigned.

Leads are distributed across varying price ranges based on campaign ROI and geographic targeting.

Live transfers are provided when available.

No refunds will be processed if a Realtor hasn’t replied in a month; no refunds will be reimbursed.

Realtors are required to work all leads assigned to them. Failure to do so may affect continued participation.

A Realtor can terminate their engagement with one month’s notice, but no refund will be issued.

Prior written notice must be given if a Realtor changes their brokerage.

Realtor and lead information will be treated as confidential and handled securely.

Realtors are strictly prohibited from engaging in any unauthorized, unethical, or fraudulent activity with leads.

Realtors must remit the marketing fee based on the net commission once a transaction is closed.

The Realty Networks reserves the right to update policies at any time. Realtors are expected to comply with the updated terms without needing separate approval.

The term of the package begins upon the signing of the agreement by the Realtor.

Leads may be replaced under the following conditions: disconnected or wrong number, duplicate leads, invalid contact, or unverifiable information within 24 hours of delivery.

Realtors must inform The Realty Networks within 72 hours of a transaction closing to ensure proper tracking and billing.
