Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located at www.therealtynetworks.com or engaging any services offered by The Realty Networks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and Virtual Assistant services.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
1. About Our Services
The Realty Networks provides Virtual Assistant (VA) matching, placement, and support services to real estate professionals including agents, brokers, real estate teams, and property managers across the United States. Our services include but are not limited to:
• Matching clients with trained real estate Virtual Assistants
• Administrative and executive support
• Transaction coordination
• CRM management and automation
• Cold calling and lead follow-up
• Social media management and content creation
• Marketing support and digital advertising
• Inside sales and ISA services
• Property management assistance
• Web development and SEO support
2. Eligibility
By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and will use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our services are intended for business use by real estate professionals.
3. Service Engagement & Client Responsibilities
a) Consultation & Onboarding
Prior to VA placement, you agree to participate in a discovery consultation to help us understand your business needs. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your requirements, tools, and workflows.
b) VA Matching
We will use reasonable efforts to match you with a Virtual Assistant whose skills and experience align with your stated needs. VA matching typically occurs within 42–72 business hours following completed interviews.
c) Client Cooperation
You agree to provide your assigned VA with clear instructions, necessary access to tools and platforms, timely feedback, and a professional working environment. Failure to cooperate reasonably may affect service quality and outcomes.
d) Replacement Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your assigned VA’s performance, you may request a replacement. We will endeavor to provide a new VA within 24–48 business hours of your written request. Replacement requests must be submitted to our support team at the contact information provided below.
4. Payment Terms
a) Fees
Service fees are established during your consultation and outlined in your service agreement or invoice. All fees are due as specified in your applicable plan or agreement. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice.
b) Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure bank transfer or Zelle payments. You receive monthly invoices for your payments.
c) Refunds
There is no refund policy, as it is a service based per hour structural payment, you get the services for which you pay.
d) Late Payments
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of VA services. We reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding amounts through lawful means.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information shared during the course of service. You agree not to share login credentials, client data, or other confidential materials beyond what is reasonably necessary for your VA to perform their duties. Virtual Assistants in our network are bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the The Realty Networks website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to The Realty Networks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Any content, materials, or deliverables created by your assigned VA on your behalf and paid for through our services are considered work product belonging to you upon full payment of applicable fees.
7. Prohibited Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:
• Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any member of our team or any assigned VA
• Request VAs to perform tasks that violate applicable law or ethical standards
• Attempt to circumvent our platform by directly hiring or contracting VAs outside of our network without authorization
• Share or misuse confidential information belonging to us or our team
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our website or services
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Realty Networks and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to The Realty Networks in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Realty Networks makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead results, closings, or revenue as a result of using our VA services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, your access to VA services will cease, and all outstanding fees will become immediately due. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) shall survive.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Massachusetts in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Realty Networks regarding our services, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
